Class Etiquette
We ask that our clients embrace the following guidelines for an enjoyable class experience! Remember, as you dive into your journey, your fellow participants are right there with you, sharing the excitement. Together, we create a vibrant and supportive community!
Late Arrivals: Everyone is little late to class occasionally, and we love a relaxed vibe! However, consistently arriving late can be disruptive. We encourage you to plan your arrival a few minutes before classes start. If it’s your first class, arriving at least 10 minutes early is ideal. This way, we can help you settle in and give you a warm welcome!
Early Departures: Leaving early from class occasionally is no problem, but frequently doing so can interrupt the flow for others. In our yoga classes, we kindly ask that you stay until the end, as leaving early can disturb the peaceful Shavasana for everyone. Wrapping up early just to skip the final stretch in our non-yoga classes isn’t preferred either; please take those extra few minutes to enjoy the complete experience.
Cell Phone Use: We understand that some of our clients may need their phones nearby for work, and that’s perfectly okay! Let’s all try to minimize texting and other distractions during class to keep the atmosphere focused and serene.
Front Hall: We kindly ask that you store your shoes in the designated shoe racks. This keeps our space tidy and safe for everyone, especially with neighbors upstairs. Plus, it prevents the risk of walking out barefoot!
Trash and Recycling: Our studio is equipped with clearly marked bins for trash and recycling. Please help us keep the space clean by placing recyclables in the right bin!
Equipment: After using equipment, please remember to clean up and return items to where they came from. Give your yoga mat a quick wash and neatly stack weights so they don't roll on anyone's toes!
