A yoga workshop for men where we will work on flexibility, mobility, and learn how to modify different yoga postures and positions. No experience required, all dudes are welcome! Bring a buddy, your son, your dad!

Fit Together: Babies at the Barre: Monday, June 22nd

Our Fit Together classes are geared towards new moms with babies 0-6 months old. Bring your infant along to this post-partum friendly workout class so you can spend an hour focusing on yourself without needing childcare! This class will rotate instructors and fitness styles- including yoga, barre, weight training, Pilates, and more!

Step + Sip Pop-Up at Branch & Blade Brewing: Sunday, June 28th

Step into a fun afternoon with some moves, some laughs, and some ice cold beer! This class is for all levels and will build as the class progresses. Start out with learning basic moves and before you know it you'll be stepping to the beat!
