Ashley Nesbitt-Hart

Owner (She/Her)

I grew up running wild in Winchester, NH and now live in Keene with my husband, Anthony, our rescue pup, Boss, and our cat, Winston! I have a Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Forensic Science from Loyola University New Orleans and am a Certified Group Exercise Instructor and 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher. When I’m not teaching I can be found with my head stuck in a book, causing a ruckus with my sisters or playing pet-parents with my husband. We spend a ton of our time renovating our dream home and walking Boss in the woods. I am never without a smile and love to teach all things ridiculous and silly - especially booty classes! I fully believe that exercise should be an emotional release as well as a physical one. I have three goals for my students: sweat, laugh and let GO! If you are nervous to work out, haven’t worked out in a long time, or just don’t know where to start, I’m your girl!

Jackie Spencer

Community Wellness Coordinator and Yoga Instructor (She/Her)

As Everglow’s Community Wellness Coordinator, it is my intention to promote wellness, self-care, and a healthy lifestyle by establishing relationships with local businesses and community members.  I offer a variety of classes, workshops, and educational opportunities to encourage physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.  As a certified yoga instructor and former public educator, I have dedicated myself to serving my community and supporting the people I connect with.  I have a passion for all forms of movement and mindfulness, and through guided instruction and self-exploration I strive to help my students find a greater appreciation and understanding of their mind, body, and spirit.

Karen Colleng

I am from El Paso, Texas. I have a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Biology from the University of Texas at El Paso. I have lived all over the country and I get excited to meet new people and learn about the culture in that area. I am a certified Zumba instructor. I have been dancing a vast variety of genres of music for 15 years. I believe in making others feel empowered, strong, healthy, unstoppable and alive through dance. I bring diversity to my Zumba classes, you'll always be trying something new and fun! Don't know a move? Just shake it 'till you make it!

Jordana Korsen

Pilates and Yoga Instructor (She/Her)

I am a Glassblower, an Educator, a Gym Junkie and a Music Freak. I try to blend what I do with who I am to connect my interests and strengths. I've found that mediums or disciplines that brings people together are the creators of community. I am an instigator of people, creativity and movement. Combining movement and music are what I celebrate most as a group fitness instructor. As a glassblower, an arts educator and fitness instructor I find a neat and clear thread that ties up what I do and who I am. I thrive on creating a space where people can find a feeling of challenge, achievement, success, strength, creativity and comfort. It's awesome to give people the chance to see what they can do. I am inspired and energized by my work and my community. I teach Yoga, Spinning, Group Muscle and Balance and Stability classes locally.

Molly Hoekman

Group Fitness Instructor (She/They)

I am an artist, educator, and graduate student living and working in Keene.  After teaching art in a public school for four years, I am now studying how the arts can help us process the challenges life brings and heal from them.  At the end of my master’s program, I will be closer to attaining my dream job as an Art Therapist.  In the meantime, you can purchase my ceramic art at the studio and attend an art night I co-host once a month using a variety of materials and processes!

When I am not making or teaching art, I feel most myself when I am moving my body.  I believe exercise holds similar healing powers as the arts do when it is done in a supportive and life-giving space.  As a certified group exercise instructor, my goal is to facilitate challenging, yet accessible classes that will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and maybe a little sweaty.

Patricia Arzillo

Personal Trainer (She/Her)

I live in beautiful Winchester N.H. with my husband, Robert, two cats and many chickens.

I am a fine artist, professional art teacher, and a certified Personal Trainer. I bring the same intuitive teaching style, passion and client-centered approach to personal training as I do to my art and teaching.

I will create a personalized program tailored to address the individual needs of every client.  Areas of focus are balance, functional movement, joint stability and mobility, flexibility, strength training, and weight loss. Through collaboration, we can join forces to achieve your goals while enjoying movement together.

Emily Cook

Group Fitness Instructor and Yoga Instructor (She/Her)

I grew up in Keene, and lived in Los Angeles for several years before returning to the Monadnock Region. Practicing yoga became part of my daily routine in 2021. It had transformed my life, physically, mentally and spiritually. I am a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and I hope to share my love of yoga and fitness with you! When I’m not dancing, taking barre or yoga at Everglow, you will find me out hiking Monadnock for sunrise/sunset or out exploring in the White Mountains. I have yet to meet a summit I didn’t like! I have a degree in Merchandise Marketing from FIDM and a passion for all things interior design. Let’s meet on the mat!

Genny Alexander

Yoga Instructor, Sacred Ceremonies Facilitator, Aromatherapist (she/her)

I am a Sacred Ceremonies Facilitator, 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Aromatherapist. After dedicating 17 years to non-profit fundraising, I felt called to connect more deeply with the divine feminine, helping women weave rituals and magic into their daily lives. I passionately believe that every body is magical and beautiful, deserving to be honored just as it is. My yoga practice is inclusive, celebrating the sacred feminine and sacred masculine in harmony.

Sara Pelkey

Yoga Instructor and Certified Aliveness Coach (She/Her)

I'm a travel enthusiast, people lover, coffee drinker, kindness seeker, avid hiker, dog hugger that specializes in helping people fulfill their dreams and passions through finding their true aliveness as a certified aliveness coach.

For starters, I am no different from you. I have felt stuck and lost in my career. I have felt drained and tired of the so-called “rat race”. I've felt a fire in my soul for quite some time saying “there has to be something more for me in this life.” It’s taken me years to find the clarity I was searching for and when I finally found what I truly desire - everything clicked. My dream is to help you gain the clarity that you seek!

The Roaming Road started as my personal journey to self and now it’s how I guide others through specialized methods and strategies. It has been my dream to help other people fulfill their lives with the elements that truly bring them alive. The last eight years have been full of ups and downs. This has included, but is not limited to, traveling across the country, buying and selling an RV, working from the road, working from a desk, hiring and managing staff, professional and personal growth, and lastly, never forgetting my goals and desires to leave this world a better place. I believe to make the world a better place, we must look within ourselves first to make the hardest changes. Only then can we give back to the world in a bigger way.

My experiences have given me the superpower of being empathic with the ability to connect with others on a deeper level. In return, I've been helping others through their life's journey in a meaningful way. I became a coach to help change lives and to help young adults find their way. My goal is to help you experience the good and bad life events with more ease and truly look at these experiences as opportunities instead of struggles. So here I am with the goal of helping you LIVE for a living.

Meeghan Somerset

Zumba Instructor (She/Her)

I am a life-long Keene (and Swanzey) resident who grew up at the barre. Being a dancer is ingrained into who I am. During my time at Keene State, I found the same joy and dedication to fitness through taking group fit classes and working with a strength and conditioning coach.

Now, I am a certified Zumba Instructor (and yes, I will probably mention that I’ve done a dance to this song) and working toward becoming a NASM-certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. Working with people in all stages of life and introducing them to the same types of movement I fell in love with is what brings me joy. Whether you join me for a beginner ballet class, or we push ourselves in some serious strength training, be prepared to be YOU, let those inside thoughts out, and laugh – it’s true what they say, laughter is a pretty great core workout.
