Originally from Geneva, New York, mezzo-soprano Stacie Pirozzi holds a Master of Music in vocal pedagogy from the New England Conservatory of Music, and a Bachelor of Music in vocal performance and music education from Ithaca College.

Stacie has performed with opera companies throughout New England in roles such as the Mother in Amahl and the Night Visitors, Addie in Regina, Hata in The Bartered Bride, Mother Goose in The Rake’s Progress and the Third Lady in Mozart’s The Magic Flute with Boston Lyric Opera New England.

She has appeared as a concert soloist performing such diverse repertoire as Mozart Requiem, Haydn Paukenmesse, Vivaldi Gloria, Rutter Gloria, Corigliano Fern Hill, Berio Folk Songs and Osborne Souls on Fire with narrator Leonard Nimoy.

Locally, Stacie is the mezzo-soprano soloist with The Colonial Theatre’s Opera to Go program. She was the soloist at First Church of Christ Scientist in Nashua and Milford and has performed with Raylynmor Opera.

A private teacher for the past 22 years, Stacie currently teaches voice and piano at her studio at 17ROX as well as at Saint Joseph Regional School in Keene. She is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) and the American Guild of Musical Artists (AGMA).

As a volunteer with the Pets & People Foundation and the Monadnock Humane Society, she makes weekly visits to Hillside Village and monthly visits to the Fitzwilliam Town Library with her therapy dog, Milo.
