Join us for a workshop on how to ease chronic pain and joint stiffness through movement, nutrition, and visualization. Starting with gentle yoga designed for those with chronic pain (no experience necessary), followed by a discussion led by Sherri and Ashley of Everglow Wellness offering insights and tools to feel stronger and live better.
