Working out at home with no weights in sight? Open that pantry door and behold - a whole bevy of options! Soup cans, milk jugs, that 30lb bag of dog food! For this Thursday’s workout you will need one milk jug or equivalent (laundry detergent, water, etc.) and two lighter “weights” (large or small soup cans, canned veggies, etc.) A throw pillow will also be needed!
