Cranberry Almond Cake
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. If the mixture is not wet enough to clump then you can add a little yogurt. Foil the pan and add sugar, cinnamon, and sliced almonds before you add the batter. Bake in a bundt pan at 350 degrees. This almond and sugar topping will make this cake look LEGIT! Enjoy with a hot cup of coffee!
2 Cups of Flour
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Bag of Cranberries
Too Many Almonds
3 Eggs
1.5 TSP of Baking Powder
1/2 TSP of Baking Soda
Cinnamon
Yogurt (just in case)
