Homemade Pesto Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 Package of Yeast

  • Salt

  • 2/3 Cup of Warm Water

  • Pizza Flour (size 00)

  • Flour

  • Olive Oil

  • 5 Cups of Dried Basil

  • Bunch of Chopped Garlic

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Parmesan Cheese

  • Onion

  • Eggplant

  • Zucchini

Instructions

  • Pizza Dough: Mix the yeast, salt, and warm water (use measurements on package). Then add a cup of pizza flour (size 00), regular flour, and some olive oil. Mix until a ball forms. Add a little more flour if its too wet, and a little bit more water and oil if its too dry - use your judgment.

  • Pesto: Grab 4-5 cups of basil, a cup "ish" of oil, bunch of garlic, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese and blend up in the Cuisinart and you have a sauce. Sauté up onions, zucchini, eggplant, whatever you’ve got for veggies and put on before the cheese. Bake at 450 until done!
