Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies
They're so good you can eat them for breakfast! Ashley has tried and tested this method and approves whole-heartedly!
INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Peanut Butter (the good stuff!)
1.5 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Chocolate Chip
1 Cup Cashews
STEPS:
Mix all ingredients until fully blended. If the cookie dough seems a bit wet toss in a handful of oats and mix in!
Spoon onto an oiled cookie sheet and bake at 325 for about 12 minutes or until browned.
Feel free to add seeds, caramels, whatever sticks!
