Ricotta Skillet "Meat"balls

Looking for something hearty, warm, and vegetarian? Look no further! Enjoy these on their own, in a sub, or on some pasta!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 Tub Ricotta

  • 1 Cup Bread crumbs

  • 1 Jar Tomato Sauce

  • 1/2 Yellow Onion - Diced

  • 1/2 Cup Parm Cheese

  • Italian Seasoning

  • Salt/Pepper

Other Ingredients:

  • Marinara

  • Mozzarella

Prepare:

Mix all the ingredients together, roll into "meat"balls, and fry them on each side in a skillet, top them with marinara sauce and mozzarella and bake in the oven at 350 until the cheese melts!
